Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 cups fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms and cook until they release their liquid and start to brown, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
