- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- 4 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sautéing until they are soft.
- Push the vegetables to the side and add the sliced steak, cooking until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lay the slices of provolone cheese over the steak and cover the skillet until the cheese melts.
