Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract
- Roll into small balls and place on a lined tray
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set
Notes
- For extra crunch, roll the balls in crushed nuts or coconut flakes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
