  • 1 cup olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
