- 1 box of graham crackers
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapples, drained
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the graham crackers.
- Spread a layer of whipped cream over the bananas.
- Add a layer of crushed pineapples followed by another layer of graham crackers.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
- For best results, allow the cake to chill overnight to let the flavors meld.
- You can customize the toppings with cherries or other fruits as desired.
