Easy No-Bake Banana Split Cake


Description

A delicious and simple dessert that layers bananas, whipped cream, and graham crackers for a delightful treat without baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed pineapples, drained
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In a rectangular dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  3. Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the graham crackers.
  4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the bananas.
  5. Add a layer of crushed pineapples followed by another layer of graham crackers.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, allow the cake to chill overnight to let the flavors meld.
  • You can customize the toppings with cherries or other fruits as desired.
