- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 8 small flatbreads
- Olive oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning until well coated.
- Brush both sides of each flatbread with olive oil and cut into quarters.
- Place the flatbread pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Top each flatbread piece with the seasoned chicken, cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
