Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam cauliflower and broccoli until slightly tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, steamed veggies, 3/4 cup cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • You can add cooked bacon or diced ham for extra flavor.
