Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam cauliflower and broccoli until slightly tender.
- In a bowl, mix chicken, steamed veggies, 3/4 cup cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Pour heavy cream over the top and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or diced ham for extra flavor.
- Feel free to use any cheese you have on hand.
