Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, steamed cauliflower, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle paprika on top for color.
