- 1 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup of bell peppers, chopped
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the bell peppers and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
