Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add the meatballs. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add beef broth to the skillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the meatballs and sauce, tossing to combine.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of beef.
  • You can add more garlic for an extra kick!
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
