Description
Delicious and simple garlic butter meatballs served over a rich and creamy Parmesan linguine, perfect for a weeknight dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for sauce)
- 8 ounces linguine
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add the meatballs. Cook until browned on all sides, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add beef broth to the skillet and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
- Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet with the meatballs and sauce, tossing to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use ground turkey instead of beef.
- You can add more garlic for an extra kick!
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
