  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle.
  3. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, and salt, then pour the mixture over the lobster meat.
  6. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
