- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle.
- Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, paprika, and salt, then pour the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

- For best results, use fresh lobster tails.
- You can adjust the amount of garlic to your taste.
- Serve with a side of melted butter for dipping.
