  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the block of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain.
  6. Once baked, stir the tomatoes and feta together to create a sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and mix until well coated.
