These Easy Crispy Bang Bang Salmon Bites are a delicious and flavorful appetizer or snack. The crispy salmon bites are coated in Panko breadcrumbs and topped with a creamy and spicy Bang Bang sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup cornstarch
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and honey to make the Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.
Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
Dredge each salmon piece in cornstarch, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with Panko breadcrumbs.
Place the breaded salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the crispy salmon bites and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
