  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Arrange the filled manicotti shells in the baking dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top.
