- 1 cup of self-rising flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and milk until smooth.
- Pour the melted butter into a baking dish.
- Pour the batter over the butter, do not stir.
- Spread canned peaches evenly over the batter.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
