Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Cook until heated through.
- Add the ranch dressing to the chicken mixture and stir well to combine.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped celery, and green onions.
