These Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls are a quick and delicious treat that can be made in no time using Bisquick mix.

- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Bisquick, sugar, and cinnamon together.
- Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread a thin layer of melted butter over the dough.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix evenly over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract with enough milk to make a glaze.
- Once rolls are done, drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mix.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- These can also be frozen before baking; just bake from frozen for an extra few minutes.
