Description

These Easy Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls are a quick and delicious treat that can be made in no time using Bisquick mix.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix Bisquick, sugar, and cinnamon together.
  3. Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  4. Roll the dough out on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread a thin layer of melted butter over the dough.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix evenly over the butter.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While baking, mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract with enough milk to make a glaze.
  10. Once rolls are done, drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cinnamon-sugar mix.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • These can also be frozen before baking; just bake from frozen for an extra few minutes.
