Decadent Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars for a delightful treat

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Dulce de Leche
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Next, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour this over the crust.
- Then, drop spoonfuls of Dulce de Leche over the cream cheese mixture. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Finally, bake for 30 minutes until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.
Notes
- You can drizzle more Dulce de Leche on top before serving for extra sweetness.
- For a crunchy texture, sprinkle chopped nuts on the bars before baking.
