Decadent Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars for a delightful treat


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Dulce de Leche

Instructions

  1. First, preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Next, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press this mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
  3. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla extract. Pour this over the crust.
  4. Then, drop spoonfuls of Dulce de Leche over the cream cheese mixture. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  5. Finally, bake for 30 minutes until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

Notes

  • You can drizzle more Dulce de Leche on top before serving for extra sweetness.
  • For a crunchy texture, sprinkle chopped nuts on the bars before baking.
