1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup corn kernels
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 avocado, sliced
Lime wedges for serving


Instructions

In a bowl, combine the sliced flank steak, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat the steak and vegetables evenly.
