- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 cups cooked egg noodles
 - 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
 - In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked egg noodles, and mixed vegetables. Mix well.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
 - Remove from the oven and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
 
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
 - Feel free to substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
