  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic until the beef is fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked egg noodles, and mixed vegetables. Mix well.
