Indulge in a decadent Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Roll Cake!

- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a jelly roll pan.
- While the cake is baking, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth.
- When the cake is done, flip it onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll it up, and let it cool.
- Unroll the cake, spread peanut butter mixture, whipped cream, and chopped Reese’s cups.
- Roll the cake back up and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- To make rolling easier, don’t overbake the cake.
- Feel free to add extra chopped Reese’s on top for more peanut butter goodness!
