Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions and bake in a jelly roll pan.
  2. While the cake is baking, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter until smooth.
  3. When the cake is done, flip it onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll it up, and let it cool.
  4. Unroll the cake, spread peanut butter mixture, whipped cream, and chopped Reese’s cups.
  5. Roll the cake back up and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • To make rolling easier, don’t overbake the cake.
  • Feel free to add extra chopped Reese’s on top for more peanut butter goodness!
