  • 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until incorporated.
  5. Cut the cooled chocolate cake into small cubes.
  6. In a trifle dish, layer half of the chocolate cake cubes at the bottom.
  7. Add half of the Baileys cheesecake mixture on top of the cake cubes.
  8. Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake layer.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  10. Top with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
