- 1 package chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup chocolate ganache
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until incorporated.
- Cut the cooled chocolate cake into small cubes.
- In a trifle dish, layer half of the chocolate cake cubes at the bottom.
- Add half of the Baileys cheesecake mixture on top of the cake cubes.
- Drizzle half of the chocolate ganache over the cheesecake layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Top with chocolate shavings and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
