- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, and salt to form a dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- In another bowl, mix dark chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the baked crust.
- Evenly distribute the fresh raspberries on top of the chocolate layer.
- Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For a more intense chocolate flavor, use high-quality dark chocolate chips.
- Feel free to substitute frozen raspberries if fresh are not available.
- These bars can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
