Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and flaxseed meal.
  4. Add the dry mix to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
  5. Add water gradually to form a dough.
  6. Roll out the dough between parchment paper until thin.
  7. Cut into chip shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  9. Cool before serving.
