Ingredients

- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour and flaxseed meal.
- Add the dry mix to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
- Add water gradually to form a dough.
- Roll out the dough between parchment paper until thin.
- Cut into chip shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, sprinkle with paprika or cayenne before baking.
