- 1 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the chopped almonds on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Add honey, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined.
- Fold the toasted almonds into the chocolate mixture until evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
