A delicious and creamy dish made with tender potatoes and flavorful kielbasa, cooked slowly in a crockpot for a comforting meal.

- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together until well combined.
- Layer half of the potato mixture in the bottom of the crockpot.
- Spread half of the sour cream mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potato mixture, sour cream mixture, and cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
