Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced kielbasa, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. In another bowl, mix the sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the potato mixture in the bottom of the crockpot.
  4. Spread half of the sour cream mixture on top of the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the sour cream layer.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potato mixture, sour cream mixture, and cheddar cheese.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or corn for extra flavor.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before cooking.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
