Crock Pot Hawaiian Meatballs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring tender meatballs simmered in a sweet and tangy pineapple sauce, perfect for gatherings or a family dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (with juice)
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs in the crock pot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pineapple chunks (with juice), sweet and sour sauce, and soy sauce.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the meatballs in the crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm over rice or on their own.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Leftovers can be frozen for up to 2 months.
