Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first in the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and finish cooking in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  8. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  9. Serve the chicken with the garlic sauce drizzled over it and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
