A flavorful and crunchy meal perfect for any occasion, these Crispy Parmesan Cauliflower Steaks are a delightful combination of cauliflower, parmesan, and various spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into thick slices, resembling steaks.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
  5. Place the steaks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, dried parsley can be used instead.
  • Make sure the cauliflower steaks are thick enough to hold together during cooking.
  • The Parmesan mixture can be adjusted to taste.
