- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into thick slices, resembling steaks.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the cauliflower steaks.
- Place the steaks on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- If you don’t have fresh parsley, dried parsley can be used instead.
- Make sure the cauliflower steaks are thick enough to hold together during cooking.
- The Parmesan mixture can be adjusted to taste.
