- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the honey and hot sauce. Set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle the honey and hot sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
