Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat the marinated chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
  5. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Toast the bread slices until golden.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by placing crispy chicken on the bread, topping with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
