- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the marinated chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices until golden.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing crispy chicken on the bread, topping with romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Top with another slice of bread, slice in half, and serve.

- For extra crunch, you can double-dip the chicken in the buttermilk and flour mixture.
