- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Toast the hamburger buns in the air fryer for the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Assemble the burgers with lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the toasted buns.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
