  • 2 cups fresh spinach

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

  5. Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
