Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Next, season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, onion, and garlic.
- Place the rice in a baking dish, then place the seasoned chicken breasts on top.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and rice.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Finally, let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
