Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. First, cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  5. Pour in beef broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
  7. Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce, toss to coat.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
