Rich and satisfying creamy beef rigatoni with Parmesan
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- First, cook rigatoni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until sauce is creamy.
- Add cooked rigatoni to the sauce, toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer longer to reduce and thicken.
