  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the baby potatoes until they are fork-tender.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and add minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.
  3. Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the pan. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
  4. Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.

  • You can use any kind of potatoes for this recipe.
  • Add more or less garlic according to your preference.
