- 1 kg Baby Potatoes
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes until they are fork-tender.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add minced garlic. Saute until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese to the pan. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
- Add the boiled potatoes to the pan and stir to coat them in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can use any kind of potatoes for this recipe.
- Add more or less garlic according to your preference.
- You can also add other herbs like thyme or rosemary for extra flavor.
