  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and heavy cream.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture over the lobster tails.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
