- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Add the chia seeds and stir until evenly distributed.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to thicken.
- Once thickened, stir the pudding again and serve chilled. Enjoy!
Notes
- For a sweeter pudding, add more maple syrup to taste.
- You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
