Ingredients

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- In a saucepan, mix cocoa powder and honey over medium heat until smooth.
- Remove from heat, stir in protein powder and vanilla until well combined.
- Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth.
- Return to heat, stirring constantly until pudding thickens, about 10 minutes.
- Pour into cups, chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add a mashed ripe banana.
- Top with chopped nuts or shredded coconut for crunch.
