Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, mix cocoa powder and honey over medium heat until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat, stir in protein powder and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Gradually whisk in almond milk until smooth.
  4. Return to heat, stirring constantly until pudding thickens, about 10 minutes.
  5. Pour into cups, chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
