Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 cups white sauce (prepared or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of white sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the chicken mixture, a third of the mozzarella, and a layer of white sauce.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, remaining white sauce, and the rest of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
