- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Can use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
- For a healthier option, use low-fat sour cream and cheese.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms.
