- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed Doritos
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cream cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and top with crushed Doritos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the filling is hot.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
