- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce to the crab mixture.
- Egg rolls can be prepared ahead of time and frozen before frying.
- Serve with sweet chili sauce or tartar sauce for dipping.
