Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, red bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface and place 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly to seal.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until they are golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
