Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and cooled chai tea.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
