- 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red and green bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Add the cooked pasta to the bowl with the vegetables.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
