Rich and flavorful Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine

- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a pan, melt butter with olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add seasoned chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Toss in cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine; mix well.
- Adjust seasoning if needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
- You can add a splash of lemon juice for a zesty kick.
- Feel free to sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese on top.
