- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the bacon drippings, add the chopped onion and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the halved potatoes to the pot and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add the green beans to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes and beans are tender.
- Stir in the cooked bacon and olive oil just before serving.
