- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 slices of bacon, chopped

Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
- Add diced onion to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add halved baby potatoes and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Add the green beans and cooked bacon to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
