- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter until fluffy.
- Next, add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Then, mix in milk and vanilla extract.
- Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before enjoying your Cortadillo Pan Dulce!
Notes
- You can sprinkle some sugar on top before baking for extra sweetness.
- Feel free to add raisins or nuts to the dough for a tasty twist.
