Delicious mini burgers inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties or a fun family dinner.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup pickles, sliced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef and onion soup mix; mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small patties that will fit the slider buns.
- Season patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing, a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, a slice of pickle, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
- Top with the other half of the bun.
- Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes to warm through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Feel free to customize toppings to your liking.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
- These sliders can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
