Delicious mini burgers inspired by the classic Big Mac, perfect for parties or a fun family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and onion soup mix; mix until well incorporated.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties that will fit the slider buns.
  4. Season patties with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun.
  7. Add a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing, a sprinkle of shredded lettuce, a slice of pickle, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
  8. Top with the other half of the bun.
  9. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 5 minutes to warm through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
